What motivates you to get what you want to do?

There is a lot of research related with what does really motivate you, is interesting to see that money is not main motivator for people to do whatever you like to,( kinda Heat Ledger's Dark night Joker  when asked on the great scene when he is burning the money: this city deserves a better villain)  that's why this can explain people playing guitar on weekends, read books, write a blog..... you name it

The satisfaction of doing something that feels good is one the main ingredients on happiness ... I hope .....
